    The political analyst, Hussein Al-Kinani, saw that Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi is going through his weakest condition after the great popular and partisan rejection by the Anbar Governorate for his continuation in power, pointing out that corruption and the attempt to dominate the decision-making are all factors that made this character unacceptable.

    Al-Kinani told Al-Maalouma, "Al-Halbousi is living in his worst condition, especially since there is a movement within Anbar province to reject this character and remove him from power, especially after his exploitation of the province's resources."
    He added, "Al-Halbousi benefited from the sovereign positions he obtained and the influence he enjoyed throughout the last period, as this abuse of power and the dictatorship he exercised prompted many personalities in Anbar to refuse his continuation in power."
