A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Youssef Al-Kalabi, explained today, Thursday, whether ministries’ allocations were reduced or transferred prior to approving the budget.
Al-Kalabi said in a press interview, which was seen by Taqaddam, that “until now, the Finance Committee, and through its meetings with ministers and heads of agencies, has not taken any decision to reduce the sums of money for them or transfer funds.”
Al-Kalabi indicated that "discussions with ministers will be in precise details to use the powers in accordance with the situation and the requirements of the ministry."
