Parliamentary work: government guarantees by applying the guarantee law

{Politics: Al Furat News} The Parliamentary Action Committee announced that it had obtained guarantees from the government in implementing the amendments to the Pension and Social Security Law.
Committee member Hussein Arab told {Euphrates News} agency: "We took guarantees from the government to implement the provisions of the Social Security Law."
He added, "The implementation of the law will be clear until we obtain the government's approval to apply it properly."
Last Wednesday, the House of Representatives started voting on the retirement and social security bill for workers, and voted on 35 articles out of 110 articles of the law, after which it decided to resume voting on the law in the next session.
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Asadi, revealed the most prominent features of the Social Security Law. Al-Asadi said in a press statement: "After voting on 35 articles of the new security law, the worker has the right to request retirement after 15 years of service, according to the new law."
He added, "We expect the law to attract millions of people working in the organized and unorganized private sector," noting, "
