The decision of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’a al-Sudani to work according to the 24-hour system in all projects was well received in the popular and official circles. It may give rise to hope that the country’s projects have not been previously known, which is the rapid completion, in addition to reducing the high unemployment rates. Representative in Parliamentary Services, Baqir Al-Saeedi, praised "the Prime Minister's decisions that would contribute to the completion of projects, especially since this government is a government of services, working for the citizen," adding that "Sudani's decision to work on the system of three lips in projects has positives." Many of them are reducing pressure on the public sector by absorbing the unemployed, in addition to speeding up the completion of projects, especially since the government wants to complete projects this year by 50%. Al-Saeedi added, in an interview with "Al-Sabah", that "the committee accompanies the work of Al-Sudani and will form committees to monitor the progress of these decisions and hold the laggards and the corrupt accountable."
While the economist, Abdul Karim Al-Issawi, considered the decision "important and ambitious, but it needs capabilities, preparations, and experts, and working on it is still experimental." Al-Issawi told Al-Sabah: "We support the idea because it increases production and reduces costs, in addition to increasing the workforce, i.e. more job opportunities." He added, "Increasing work shifts provides an opportunity for the worker to work privately in addition to his government work."
