Today, Sunday, the Federation of Iraqi Industries revealed that it presented an integrated study to Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani on restarting closed factories.
The head of the Federation of Iraqi Industries, Adel Agab, said, "An integrated study was submitted to the Prime Minister regarding the mechanism for returning closed factories and starting new projects," noting that "the existence of sufficient laws to establish projects."
He added, "The government is serious about establishing projects, as the prime minister and ministers are interested in the Iraqi industry," noting that "the Federation of Industries participated within the government program of the Ministry of Industry to restore factories."
He stressed, "Some factories cannot be revived, because they are of no use, and there are projects such as phosphates, iron, sulfur and petrochemicals, which the government can invest in," noting that "some of the factories go to investment or partnership between the private and public sectors to keep employees." and the factory.”
And he continued: "We have actually started receiving orders, which are very many and billions of dollars to invest in these factories, and this is the first time that reveals the seriousness of the government and the presence of transparency without going to crooked ways."
