    The Investigation Department of the Federal Integrity Commission announced today, Saturday, the recovery of an amount amounting to (15,154,745,000) billion dinars from the authorized director of one of the former electronic payment companies.

    The department disclosed, in a statement received to Al-Sumaria News, “its investigative procedures in the criminal case of the accused sponsored and previously authorized manager in the case of tax evasion by the company by providing incomplete information and concealing information related to its accounts for the period from (2010 - 2017) that should have been disclosed.” |, indicating that “he, in collaboration with employees of the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/149548290/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85%D8%A9 %D9%84%D9%84%D8%B6%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%A8/ar/]General Tax Authority[/url], caused damage to public funds, represented by the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3238106360/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]Ministry of Finance[/url], amounting to (15,154,745,000) fifteen billion and one hundred and fifty-four million dinars.”



    She added, "The company has paid the amount of damage caused to public funds as a result of non-accountability of taxes, confirming the transfer of an amount of (15,154,745,000) billion dinars to the account of the General Authority for Taxes - Senior Taxpayers Section, pointing out that the General Authority for Taxes continues to request a complaint against The accused and take legal action against him for not paying the interest on the amount.”

    The department pointed out that “a private case has been filed against the convicted accused, the former Director General of the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/149548290/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%87%D9%8A%D8%A6%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85%D8%A9 %D9%84%D9%84%D8%B6%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%A8/ar/]General Tax Authority[/url], because she sent a letter to (5) banks indicating that the aforementioned company is tax accountable until the year 2019, in order to move the company’s accounts in those banks, despite the lack of the necessary mechanism.” And the procedures followed in tax accounting, and stated that the convicted defendant carried out these acts in conjunction with three of her employees who were convicted and sentenced by the Central [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/776463496/%D9%85%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%AC%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%AA %D9%85%D9%83%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%AD%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%81%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%AF/ar/]Anti-Corruption Criminal Court[/url].”
