With a qualitative operation based on accurate information, the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, in coordination with the Joint Operations Command, was able to arrest two of the perpetrators of the Speicher crime after they disappeared.” 9 “Nine years in one of the neighboring countries.”
The leadership indicated that "our security forces, services, and intelligence services have pledged to our Iraqi people to track down criminals and terrorists, retaliate against them, and work to protect this country."
On June 12, 2014, during their entry into Tikrit from the north, ISIS captured hundreds of students from the Speicher base, and according to video clips published by the organization, it detained these students for hours in the presidential palaces in Tikrit before executing them in groups in areas Neighborhood.
