Karbala (IraqiNews.com) The Provincial Council of Karbala province announced arresting the perpetrators of recent terrorist explosions that took place in Karbala province.The Head of Karbala PC, Nusayif Jasim, stated in a press conference held at the building of Karbala Provincial Council, attended by the correspondent of IraqiNews.com ”Baghdad Operations Command in coordination with Karbala Operations Command succeeded in arresting the perpetrators responsible for Karbala recent explosions in Jihad neighborhood of western Baghdad, ” noting that ”The joint security force seized an explosive vest in the possession of the detainees.””Karbala Provincial Council formed a joint committee to conduct a study regarding the explosive detectors devices and the committee will prepare a detailed report concerning the ability of these devices to discover explosives,” he added.A car bomb went off in Saif Saad area (2 KM) far from Imam Hussein holy shrine in Karbala province and resulted in killing six civilians and wounding (11) others. \END\
