    The Secretary-General of the Jihad and Construction Movement, Jawad Rahim Al-Saadi, confirmed today, Thursday, that the American presence is not advisory but military, while stating that calm in the region will not be restored unless its military bases are removed from it.

    Al-Saadi said in his speech to the program (Ana) broadcast by Al-Sumaria TV, “The international coalition, especially the presence of American forces, is a stage that must be highlighted because the agreement with them was to advise and arm when needed, but they disavowed when Iraq asked them to do so in 2014,” noting. "The recent period has proven its military presence after carrying out many strikes on the headquarters of the Popular Mobilization Forces, in which many were martyred."



    He added, “We see the advisory system on the Iranian side because they enter with an official passport from official entrances and they do not possess this amount of weapons in Iraq and they do not have bases,” stressing that “the entry of American diplomats through the bases in Iraq without the knowledge of the government is a violation of Iraqi sovereignty, and an incident.” The airport and the assassination of Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis alone are a crime punishable by international law and a clear violation of diplomatic norms.”

    He pointed out that "America is pressuring Iraq by saying that there are huge debts owed to it by international companies and intends to file lawsuits, and no official in the Iraqi government knows these companies nor the size of the amounts that America claims are owed by Iraq, and the government is required to follow up on this file," explaining that "it is not All political blocs agree on the departure of American forces because some believe their presence is to protect them.”

    He continued, "Calm will not return to the region unless the American presence and its military bases are removed from it because they are working to create problems and stir up strife to ensure their survival and absorb the countries' wealth."

    Regarding the Sudanese government, Al-Saadi confirmed that it is “the framework government and the support steps towards it are continuing because it is working well compared to the governments that preceded it by a very large margin, and there is great and clear satisfaction from the Iraqi people towards the Sudanese.”

    He pointed out that "national cohesion, authority and mobilization are factors that helped Iraq rise again and it has a strong will," noting that "military change by America will not be achieved and the last thing the United States of America came up with was the ISIS card and it has ended, and we reject any new occupation."
