Al-Mandalawi stressed and said in his speech during The extraordinary meeting of the Union of Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on Palestine, held in Tehran, was followed by “Al-Maalouma” saying, “Iraq has enacted a law criminalizing normalization in Iraq based on our firm position on Palestine,” indicating that “there is no meaning in denouncing and denouncing the existence of relations with the Zionist entity.”
Al-Mandalawi, who holds the position of President of the Arab Parliamentary Union, called for "the establishment of the Asian and International Fund for the Reconstruction of Gaza and the removal of the effects of the war from it," demanding "a pause to restore the values of the international system and not yield to Zionist interests and pressures."
Al-Mandalawi stressed “the necessity of taking a firm (Arab-Islamic-Asian) parliamentary position to stop the arrogance of the Zionist entity and prevent the region from being dragged into the furnace of a devastating war.” End 25
