Salem added, “With the passage of the law, it will be easy for citizens who have been subjected to electronic blackmail to access the courts for the purpose of obtaining their rights,” indicating that “there are material obstacles for some groups that prevent them from accessing the courts, and because of their lack of knowledge of how to obtain legal advice, so the Legal Aid Center, which “This law will be formed and will provide an opportunity to obtain their rights.”

He continued, "The law is very important and is one of the important human rights concepts that the international community and the government have worked on," pointing out that "once this law is voted on, legal aid centers will be established in all governorates, and the government will contract through it with lawyers who will provide free legal advice."
