[size=24]The local government in Babylon reported on Sunday that more than 4,000 projects will be officially registered to support the national product.[/size]
[size=24]Governor Wissam Aslan said, “His government intends to officially register more than 4,000 industrial projects in the governorate, with the aim of organizing their work needs and providing an appropriate environment to support the national product, as well as providing a database for all projects and preparing an integrated plan to support them,” according to the official press release.[/size]
He added, "The procedures for registering them will be through the formation of a committee from the Department of Industrial Development, the Presidency of the University of Babylon, and the Chamber of Industry to develop a working mechanism to advance the industrial side in the governorate, especially since industrial projects are considered the sole supporter of the governorate, as it lacks oil projects and does not have border outlets, in addition to the absence of... The tourism aspect, which negatively affected the reality of the city .”
