    He also pointed head of the Economic Media Centre to what he described as the difficulties the real face completion of the project due to the incompatibility of the political climate in the relations between these countries, and explained that the project is costing billions of dollars in the event of an agreement to be completed 'but it will be in the wind with no political crisis'.
    He stressed that Iraq needs to build power stations in all provinces to ensure the needs of local energy and to reduce the load on the system linking the National experiencing the loss of more than 40% of the energy production in Iraq.
    For his part, said economic expert Majid picture that the link should be with all neighboring countries, and then the entire region, saying that the project of the Arab League, aims to take advantage of the surplus of electricity in the Gulf region or vice versa.
    He pointed out that the signs are important to resolve all outstanding problems between Iraq and the Gulf states and the Arab states as a whole.
    He said one of the signs of linkage project task in the process of economic cooperation, particularly in the electricity sector, pointing out that the current trends and as a result the risk to all the Arab countries because of the control of the organization of the Islamic state makes them cooperate with each other in all areas.


    However, he explained that the decision to tie Iraq to the Gulf countries needs to be political will to implement it in an integrated manner and completed in a record time, especially that Iraq has a border with Kuwait and Saudi Arabia
