    On Saturday evening (April 6, 2024), at the government palace, the State Administration Coalition held a meeting to discuss all developments at the internal, regional and international levels.
    According to a statement by the coalition, received by “Baghdad Today”, “The meeting, which took place in the presence of the President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, witnessed the discussion of a number of issues and files related to the political, security and economic situation, and the government’s notable steps and procedures in improving the economic and living reality of citizens in various parts of the country.” Iraq, with clear stability and development.”
    He added that the meeting discussed "the upcoming visit of the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, and his accompanying delegation, to the United States of America, and the files and topics that will be discussed, as the leaders of the State Administration Coalition expressed their support for the visit, stressing their confidence in what the Iraqi delegation headed by the Prime Minister will present in A framework that is in the interest of Iraq and enhances security, stability and sustainable development.”
    The meeting also discussed, according to the statement, “shared files with the Presidency of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, and ways to address them in accordance with what was stipulated in the Constitution, and making every effort to proceed with a constructive partnership that contributes to consolidating stability and supports the interests of the Iraqi people of all sects and components, with an emphasis on commitment to the terms and conditions.” The political agreement on the basis of which the government was formed.”
