    Today, Saturday (April 20, 2024), the leader of the Victory Coalition, Aqeel Al-Rudaini, expected that the coordination framework will hold an important meeting two days later to discuss the results of the visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, as a preparatory meeting for a broader meeting of the State Administration Coalition.
    Al-Rudaini said in an interview with "Baghdad Today", "The Sudanese visit to Washington is important on several levels due to the number of files that were discussed, whether security, economic or financial, in light of the circumstances and challenges that the region is experiencing in the midst of conflicts that are escalating day after day ."
    He added, "The visit reflected the depth of the Sudanese strategy in dealing with the situation and the endeavor to formulate a road map that is in the interest of Iraq, especially the issue of scheduling the withdrawal of coalition forces according to the request of the framework, in addition to discussing the possibility of benefiting from the provisions of the joint agreements between Baghdad and Washington in 2008-2012 related to the technical aspect."
