    The Parliamentary Planning Committee confirmed, on Tuesday, that the legislation of the Federal Service Law will regulate the work of the public service, end cases of inflation in some ministries, and fill the shortage in others through job transfers.

    The Vice Chairman of the Committee, Muhammad Al-Baldawi, told Al-Maalouma, “The Parliamentary Planning Committee and the relevant committees are working with full seriousness to prepare a draft civil service law in order to legislate this law.”
    He added, "The relevant parliamentary committees directed all ministries and government institutions to prepare an integrated structure for each ministry and institution by preparing employees and workers in it according to need and specialization," indicating that "the legislation of the law will regulate the work of the public service, end cases of inflation in some ministries, and fill the shortage in others through transfers in Function " .
    Al-Baldawi pointed out that “after the law is approved, all powers in terms of appointment, transfer, promotions and bonuses will be transferred to the Federal Service Council, as it is responsible for all of these procedures.” Ended / 25 AD
