    [size=45]The Ministry of Planning discussed the World Human Development Report 2023-2024, with the participation of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Rwaq Baghdad Center.[/size]
    [size=45]A statement from the ministry said, “The World Human Development Report 2023-2024 was discussed under the title (Getting out of the impasse, the image of cooperation in a world of polarization), with the participation of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Rwaq Baghdad Center.”[/size]
    [size=45]The Undersecretary for Technical Affairs, Maher Hammad Johan, stressed in his speech that “this important consultative meeting is the basic review of the international report on human development, which is reflected at the world level,” indicating that “it will enjoy complete independence and the ministry will coordinate and unify efforts.”[/size]
    [size=45]He added, “The report is one of the important reports issued by countries. To track basic indicators that reflect the condition of people with regard to education, education, health and income, and it will include a lot of information that we will focus on in this consultative session,” expressing his hope that “the report will have a basic launch format, which will be complete, protocolically and officially, with its details.”[/size]
    [size=45]For her part, the representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Sundus Abbas, explained that “the global launch of the Human Development Report for the year 2023-2024 broke the impasse in reimagining cooperation in a polarized world,” noting that “the average global human development index reached a record level in 2017.” 2023, yet it is still hidden on average.”[/size]
