    An official source in the Kurdistan Regional Government revealed today, Wednesday (June 26, 2024), the completion of its employees’ salary lists for the month of June.
    The source said in an interview with "Baghdad Today", "The Kurdistan Regional Government has completed the list of salaries of its employees for the month of June in preparation for sending it to Baghdad within the next two days for auditing by the Financial Supervision Bureau as well as the Ministry of Finance in the capital."
     He added, "The list includes the four names of employees, with the exception of members and employees of the Kurdistan Regional Security Council (Asayish). It will be sent in the form of a code."
     On Wednesday (June 19, 2024), former Kurdistan Regional Parliament member Sabah Hassan revealed the latest developments in the accounting project, while he expected the completion of the localization of all salaries by the end of this year.
    Hassan said in an interview with Baghdad Today, "The Trade Bank of Iraq is the largest entity within the project and it will be the one to localize the largest portion of the salaries of employees, retirees, and security services."
    He added, "Nationalization includes everyone, and it is not true that it excludes the security services or the Anfal. These are rumors with a political goal."
    He pointed out that "the procedures are proceeding normally and we expect that at the end of this year the localization of all employee salaries will be completed, and they are more than one million and 200 thousand employees."
