As for employees’ salaries, they amount to 63.338 trillion dinars, and the average annual salary for an employee is 15.5 million dinars, while the average monthly salary for an employee may amount to 1.3 million dinars, according to Al-Marsoumi, who confirmed that the gap between the average salary and the lowest salary reaches 400%, meaning that the average salary exceeds its lowest counterpart by at least four times.
Al-Marsoumi revealed in the blog post that “the gap between the highest salaries and the lowest salaries reaches 3000%, or more than 30 times.”
