France welcomed the agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government on the budget and file oil.
A statement by the French Foreign Ministry said Friday that her country "commends the agreement between the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government on public servants' salaries and oil exports," arguing, "This agreement is an important step towards achieving the goal of national reconciliation set by the Iraqi Prime Minister."
