Abdul Salam al-Maliki: oil is right for the people and the Kurds stay away from emotional actions and statements

al-Maliki, that the oil revenues is the right of the people and not the
property of a party or a nationalist.
Al-Maliki said in a press
statement to the media on Monday received library (News Agency) a copy
of: the House of representatives voted on the budget by the majority in
