    The Federal Supreme Court responded to a request submitted by the President of the Republic to interpret a constitutional article, as to whether the Presidency of the Republic can send draft laws individually to the House of Representatives, or in conjunction with the Prime Minister's Office.

    According to documents reviewed by Sumaria News, the Federal Court interpreted Article (60/First) of the Constitution, that the Presidency of the Republic can send draft laws individually, with the exception of the draft general budget and final accounts, which are exclusively under the Prime Minister’s Office.
