    The Ministry of Finance issued a new circular today, Wednesday, regarding the nomination of employees.
    The ministry stated in a statement received by /Al-Maalouma/ Agency, that it "issued the third circular regarding the nomination of the employee," noting that it "included a set of essential matters, the most important of which are:
    1: The nomination shall be based on the need of the party benefiting from his services and the approval of his department and not based on his request.
    2: The nomination shall be to perform work related to his specialization and he may not perform work that differs from the duties of his job.
    3: The Prime Minister may, when necessary, exempt any employee from the specified period for the nomination in the event that the department to which the employee is referred needs his services.
    4: The approval of the department to which the employee is referred to his nomination shall be considered approval to provide the financial allocation, whether it is centrally or self-funded. End/25
