The Defence Ministry said in a statement received by "tomorrow Press," that "the defense minister Khaled al-Obeidi, received in his office on Monday, the US ambassador in Iraq Stewart Jones During the meeting, they discussed ways of cooperation between the two countries and to support Iraq in its war against terrorism and supporting the international community to him."
The statement added that "it was all matters relating to training and arming of Iraqi forces and ways to develop relations between Iraq and the United States to discuss," noting that "al-Obeidi and Honz search activate military and economic agreements between the two countries."
According to the statement, US Ambassador Stuart Jones emphasized that "his country supported Iraq in its war against terrorism and its territorial integrity."
