""The agreement (with the Kurds) is handed us over oil and you share in the budget .. "He went on, saying, "Now the brothers the Kurds expect to take the budget share of the theory .. and the fact surprised at this speech at a time when we are exposed it to try to pressure .. I do not want to get into an argument."He also said, "We are in Government committed to the agreement oil 100 percent .. note that oil source figures from the Ministry of Oil are taken and imports from the Ministry of Finance ..
