    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, stressed that “The multiplicity and diversity of the Iraqi social texture stands for source of power if it was invested well.”
    A statement by the SIIC received by IraqiNews.com reported on Sunday “Hakim received at his office in Baghdad, a group of chieftains and tribal leading figures from Babel province where he pointed out that the mismanagement of this multiple society would lead to strife and conflicts.”
    He highlighted the importance of “The dialogue, tolerance and peaceful co-existence among the social components, urging to widely participate in the upcoming local elections.”
