Reports are coming in that more ISIS fighters are fleeing Syria to avoid Russian airstrikes and preliminary reports show that over 450 US backed Syrian militant rebels have surrendered themselves to the Syrian government.
These reports come just days afyer Russian President Vladimir Putin not only put Washington on notice, but followed through with a bombing campaign, at the behest of the Syrian government, to annihilate ISIS.
Former U.S. Treasury official Paul Craig Roberts wrotre on October 2, 2015 that by "telling the truth at a time of universal deceit, Putin committed a revolutionary act," when Putin stood before the United Nations General Assembly and called out the United States for its interference in "slaughter, destruction, and chaos that Washington has brought to the Middle East, North Africa, and Ukraine, and the extreme jihadist forces that have been unleashed."
Putin then asked "do you realize now what you've done?" Then Putin declared "We can no longer tolerate the state of affairs in the world."
(Full Putin UNGA speech and transcript here)
In a follow up interview with King World News, Roberts states "And two days later they (the Russians) have taken over the situation in Syria. He goes to explain why the united States is ultimately responsible, saying "when Russia blocked the intended U.S. invasion of Syria, Obama sent these people to Syria and pretended they were a free Syrian army."
Putin knows this but has stopped playing by Washington's rules and has come out and directly explained how the U.S. created ISIS, how we have armed the very factions that are now joining ISIS.
The video below was shown by ANP in an article about the U.S. led bombing which resulted in the deaths of Doctors Without Border staff, but to which one commenter stated "Holy Cow! Don't pass up viewing the second video above, about Putin. No wonder this clip won't be aired on American television!!!! Putin didn't hold back, and told it like it was. How can anyone possibly listen to Putin and NOT AGREE with him?!?! Whether you like him or not, Putin nailed it on the head! Its really, really, really hard not to agree with him."
ANP agrees..... everyone should watch it, understand it, because whether you are a Putin fan or not, whether you despise Syrian president Bashar al-Assad or not - the truth is the truth and the MSM refuses to inform Americans of that truth.

Now Putin is about to send 150,000 troops to Syria to finish the job he started and the job the U.S. led coalition has been unable, or simply unwilling to complete since September 2014, after Obama gave a speech indicating his intent to "degrade and ultimately destroy" ISIL, saying, "I have made it clear that we will hunt down terrorists who threaten our country, wherever they are. That means I will not hesitate to take action against ISIL in Syria, as well as Iraq." (Source)
Putin has done in less than one week what the U.S., and every country that joined the coalition supposedly meant to stop ISIS, failed to do in more than a year.
As Paul Criag Roberts so aptly concludes "The breakup of the Empire is on the horizon."

BOTTOM LINE
McClatchy reports that the U.S. and Russia cannot agree on the definition of "terrorism," with examples of U.S. officials hedging when asked what they consider a terrorist in Syria, but Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had no such problem as he responded "If it looks like a terrorist, it if acts like a terrorist, it it walks like a terrorist, if it fights like a terrorist, it’s a terrorist."
Anyone disagree with that definition?
In 2010, Washington Post reported on a release by Wikileaks on a CIA paper exposing the U.S. as an "exporter of terrorism."
The United States has long been an exporter of terrorism, according to a secret CIA analysis released Wednesday by the Web site WikiLeaks. And if that phenomenon were to become a widely held perception, the analysis said, it could damage relations with foreign allies and dampen their willingness to cooperate in "extrajudicial" activities, such as the rendition and interrogation of terrorism suspects.
The question that Americans and the MSM should be asking here: "Does the U.S. look, act, walk and fight like terrorists?"
The next obvious question would then be, will the U.S. be responsible for the kick off of World War III?
FLASHBACK
For those that doubt that Barack Obama is simply carrying out a plan developed long ago, one that hasn't exactly gone according to schedule, but one that is still the guiding force for the seemingly inexplicable actions by Washington, perhaps a reminder from years ago, about this ultimate plan....... exposed by former General Wesley Clark, is in order.
General Wesley Clark: Because I had been through the Pentagon right after 9/11. About ten days after 9/11, I went through the Pentagon and I saw Secretary Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz. I went downstairs just to say hello to some of the people on the Joint Staff who used to work for me, and one of the generals called me in. He said, "Sir, you've got to come in and talk to me a second." I said, "Well, you're too busy." He said, "No, no." He says, "We've made the decision we're going to war with Iraq." This was on or about the 20th of September. I said, "We're going to war with Iraq? Why?" He said, "I don't know." He said, "I guess they don't know what else to do." So I said, "Well, did they find some information connecting Saddam to al-Qaeda?" He said, "No, no." He says, "There's nothing new that way. They just made the decision to go to war with Iraq." He said, "I guess it's like we don't know what to do about terrorists, but we've got a good military and we can take down governments." And he said, "I guess if the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem has to look like a nail."
So I came back to see him a few weeks later, and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, "Are we still going to war with Iraq?" And he said, "Oh, it's worse than that." He reached over on his desk. He picked up a piece of paper. And he said, "I just got this down from upstairs" -- meaning the Secretary of Defense's office -- "today." And he said, "This is a memo that describes how we're going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran." I said, "Is it classified?" He said, "Yes, sir." I said, "Well, don't show it to me." And I saw him a year or so ago, and I said, "You remember that?" He said, "Sir, I didn't show you that memo! I didn't show it to you!"
