“Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you” Ephesians 4:32, New Living Translation.

You never know how long someone will be alive on this earth. That person could be gone in an instant. That person that got under your skin and frustrated you can be here today and tomorrow be only a memory. Appreciate people while they’re here. Forgive people while they’re here. Enjoy your relationships while you have them. Give them flowers while they’re still alive.

As we draw close to the end of this calendar year, be thankful for everyone and for everything. Don’t enter a new year still holding on to grudges and past hurts. Don’t bring unresolved issues into this new season of your life. Settle it. Confront it. Talk about it. Deal with it the right way. Then you can go on and enjoy Jesus with no regrets.

Prayer: Lord, help me. I don’t want to take any unresolved issues into the new year. Help me to have the tough, but necessary conversations. Help me deal with the pain. I want to please you more than I want to be angry. Fill me with your love and grace. Help me Holy Ghost to be thankful and obedient. Bless me. In Jesus’ name.
