    (newsletter) ... The Economist suggested Abdul Sattar al-Hashimi,
    establish a Government bank that specializes in financing small and
    medium-sized enterprises to promote the private sector and unemployment
    rampant.

    He said al-Hashimi (for news News Agency): that the country
    needed to establish a Government bank with a capital of 10 billion
    dollars, with the task of financing small and medium-sized enterprises
    through the distribution of soft loans with low interest and long-term
    pay for private industry.

    And he stated: that this process will
    help to provide job opportunities for the unemployed and unemployment
    that have become a burden on the State and the country's economic
    development will be achieved.

    The Economist: required to be
    managed and funded by the Government and the Bank linked to the specific

    activate economic sectors and announced by the Ministry of planning, and
