    Vice-President of the Republic proposed Khudair Khuzaie during the opening session of the Council of 24 Arab League temporary transfer of a site in the Arab Parliament from Damascus to Baghdad until the stabilization of the situation in Syria.
    Khuzaie in his opening fact that Iraq president of Summit 23, show highlighted the achievements of Iraq during its presidency of the session, a proposal "to form a Security Council Arab The solution problems of security among States, making the Arab house is under dispute resolution away from foreign interference," stressing "the need to transfer Arab Parliament from Damascus to Baghdad temporarily until the stability of the security situation in Syria. "

    On the other hand, noted Khuzaie to be one of the priorities of the summit "to address the issue of climate change and diminishing water resources, without forgetting the support of the Arab peoples in their aspirations towards freedom, democracy and social justice, and the establishment of fair systems away from tyranny."
