[rtl]He Darraji, that 'the industry has to involve some of the companies with the private sector', noting that 'the ministry has the capabilities and the minds and hands able to promote the industry, even without money.'[/rtl]
[rtl]It is noteworthy that Iraq suffers from a major financial crisis following a drop in global oil prices, which amounted to less than $ 30 per barrel, which led to the abolition of the Ministry of Planning maximization of investment projects and urged ministries to activate the taxes and fees to finance itself.[/rtl]
