    [rtl]It revealed an MP for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Risan Sheikh Dler, Thursday, for the Federal Court to abolish the law defining the mandates of presidencies in the time of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, saying he may not walk procedures enacted now.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]She Dler in a statement received "Sky Press," that he "shall not walk procedures enact a law defining the mandates of the three presidencies pursuant to the provisions of Article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq," indicating that "the House of Representatives finished reading the report and discuss a draft law defining the mandates of the three presidencies and submitted by the Committee legal on Wednesday. "[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]She added that "Article 94 of the Constitution provides that the Federal Supreme Court's decisions are final and binding for all authorities," asserting that "the court issued a decision number 64 in 2013 when defining the mandates of the three presidencies of the unconstitutional law scrapped after challenged by the Prime Minister at the time Nouri Maliki, is not permissible to walk procedures enact a law defining the mandates of the three presidencies.
