    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Iraq has participated in the first conference of Mediterranean countries ports in Egypt.
    The Iraqi Ministry of Transportation reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Iraqi delegation, which was formed by the Ministry of Transportation and chaired by the Director General of the Iraqi Ports General Company, Captain Umran Radhi, participated in the 1st Conference which was attended by the Arab Members within the Arab Ports Union,” noting that “The 1st Conference was held in the Hilton Alexandria Hotel in Egypt.”
    “The Conference discussed means of exchanging experiences among the Arab countries to eliminate the problems and obstacles that hinder transportation of goods in the Arab ports,” the statement added.

    In looking at the map, I have to wonder, If Italy, Venice, Greece France, Spain or any of the other countries told them that a Civil war and Terrorism is a great way to make shipping more difficult... maybe they should stop fighting over nickels so they can all start making dimes... Seems pretty simple to me.
