    He stressed the importance of these two strategic projects as they strengthen the network of central roads to accommodate the economic and urban development, in addition to linking the northern gate of the country with the southern gateway and the western gate of the eastern gate, and also contribute to provide useful services in activating trade exchange and transit traffic at the local and regional levels. , Linking marine and dry ports, and strengthening the system of linking the five seas, and the establishment of these two strategic roads will bring economic and financial benefits to Syria and neighboring countries, and the countries associated with them, in accordance with economic cooperation agreements And tourism, as well as a high return on revenue as two paid routes, particularly as they are important regional routes.
    He added that the projects of the Ministry of Transport, the establishment of the Greater Damascus Transformation, a four-lane circular with a length of 170 km. This project will serve as a main hub for the surrounding areas of Damascus, where economic, residential and vital activities are increasing. Local.
    Hamoud explained that the work is based on the rehabilitation and establishment of roads of international, economic and regional benefit by linking the Ghab Coast road with the Hamat-Aleppo Autobaht with a length of about 30 km with the implementation of three and six bridges, as well as the completion of Deiralzur- Bu Kamal, 90 km long, and 34 km road links.
    He pointed out that the work is underway to complete road projects with economic and developmental revenues such as (Tartous Dreikish road, the eastern slope of the city of Jibla, Homs - Salamah, Hama, Homs and Moustafa) with a focus on the quality and quality of the specifications, pointing to the tests of stone basalt available in the province Swaida for use in the work of asphalt mosses in order to benefit from this huge natural wealth in Syria, so that it is used in the work of the central roads.
