    [ltr]Project pipeline to transport Iranian gas, Iraq has seen progress by 70 percent in the province of Basra, is expected to provide electricity production plants in southern Iraq, the Iranian gas at the beginning of next year (2017).[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Commission announced electricity in Basra Governorate Council, that "the project of establishing a line to import gas from Iran reached an advanced stage and expected to pump gas through the line early next year to equip the production of electrical power stations and some state-owned factories its need of gas."[/ltr]
    [ltr]Committee Chairman Mujibur Hassani agency IRNA IRNA, said that " 'project to establish a land line to import gas from Iran amounted to accomplish 70% within the administrative borders of the province of proportion, which eliminates extended pipes tanker of gas to Najibiyah stations and Rumaila to produce electrical energy, in addition to facilities a large government industrial, including chemical fertilizers and plant petrochemical plants'.[/ltr]
