[ltr]Announced the registration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce Department on Tuesday, said that cadres of the department completed the establishment of transactions (149) and a national company and (16) the Office of the foreign company during 2016.[/ltr]
[ltr]Ferial Akram Abdullah said the Director General of the Department in a statement issued by the Information Office of the Ministry of Commerce and received / balances News / copy of it, "The circle has issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies distributed between the capital increase and the integration of the accounts of the company and the liquidation of an accounting firm."[/ltr]
[ltr]She added, "it was recorded 16 representative office of a foreign company and recording two branches of foreign companies and documented 123 companies registered and pointing lecturer and forwarding (401) company to Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions."[/ltr]
[ltr]She noted that "the department examined the final accounts of the number of national companies (2539) and the national company as well as the integration of the accounts of 48 companies and capital increase (28) company and a settling of accounts (26) company and the amendment of the 69 joint-stock company and the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies for ( 42) company. [ltr]He pointed to "do her district's ratification of the minutes of the founding meetings of the companies, Ltd. of (126) in addition to the ratification of the record (50) special Minutes meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies as well as the ratification of the General Authority for individual companies limited the decisions of the (1232) decision."
