Iraq offers to Egypt 4 million barrels of crude oil per month and pay after three months

said the Wall Street Journal, to Iraq, agreed in principle to provide 4
million barrels of crude oil per month to Egypt with postpone payment
for three months, in a move described by the paper as it can to ease the
fuel crisis facing the Egyptian economy recently.
The two
officials told the newspaper that Baghdad will offer two consignments of
raw Cairo Basra light every month with international prices, but it
will be delayed for three months without incurring interest and Egypt
are expected to reach the first shipment to Egypt next month once the
agreement.
Transaction value is approaching $ 400 million prisoners who were held on a monthly basis, based on current market prices.
Quoting
an Egyptian official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said, "we
were very keen to get the supplies for up to nine months, but the Iraqis
said they would not be able to do so."
Meanwhile, an Iraqi
official familiar with the matter, said, "Iraq will be sold to Egypt
crude international prices, Egypt had requested preferential prices
similar to the price offered by Iraq to Jordan, Iraq has so far
rejected.
