    Twilight News / members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives counting on Thursday to attend the new ministers who recently voted by the Council to the Council of Ministers session before the constitutional oath in the parliament conduct contrary to the Constitution.
    A spokesman for the Reform Front parliamentary Haitham al-Jubouri said in a statement responded to the Twilight News, he said that "al-Abadi calls from the sound of them as ministers attended the Cabinet meeting the day before they went constitutional right in front of the House of Representatives, and this is a big violation of the Constitution Article 79 and laws, noting that" any decisions will be issued from this meeting to have no legal value and laughed at the chins. "
    "The government considers Abadi fallen under the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers because of the dismissal and resignation of more than half of it," calling "the president commissioned someone else to form a new government."
    Meanwhile, a member of the Political Commission of the Union of Forces Ahmed al-Mashhadani, said he "traded some quarters that the news that Dr. Haidar al-Abbadi intends to invite the new ministers to the cabinet meeting before their constitutional right."
    He stressed that "this procedure if it is unconstitutional and should not be done and we call on the prime minister to wait until the oath and gain minister of constitutional legitimacy and full respect for the House of Representatives Otherwise the Cabinet meetings and decisions are considered null and void."
    For its part, demanded the MP for the Reform Front high Nassif President Fuad Masum, to prevent al-Abadi to circumvent the law by calling for new ministers to the cabinet without completing legal procedures.
    Nassif said in a statement quoted by its press office that "the ministers who had been voting on them They can not perform their duties only after their constitutional right and in accordance with Article 79, citing Article 50 of the Constitution and the issuance of a presidential decree appointing as ministers, and therefore without these measures has no right to Ebadi invited ministers to attend cabinet sessions" .
    And it showed that "the absence of 13 ministers out of 22, and in accordance with the rules of procedure are considered resigned, the government or the caretaker government."
