    It confirmed the planning committee in the House of Basra, on Tuesday, that the amount of 130 billion dinars , which the federal government has approved the disbursement of the province are from earlier and imports ofborder ports and ports, indicating that the local government will determine priorities for spending that amount to complete important projects. 
    The head of the Committee originated Mansouri, in an interview with (long - Presse), said that "belonging to the province withheld by Msthsalh federal government of imports of ports and ports of money , " noting that "these funds constitute routine imports of the province sent the federal government but has not returned tothem." 
    Al Mansouri added that "130 billion dinars , which the federal government approved the disbursement of Basra to cover part of its receivables are from those imports , "noting that" the local government will determine priorities for spending that amount to complete school and secure the side of the needs of the electricity sector and other important projects in order to ensure continuation of the work executed or arrears for companies or contractors . " . 
    chairman of the planning Commission of the Council of Basra and stressed that " the provincial council did not discuss the budget , although he discusses the need for the projects and their importance , " noting that " thegovernor is authorized to discharge the amounts , if any , without the approval of the Council."
