Deputy Prime Minister: Parliament paralyzed not rise to the level of global parliaments

MP
for the coalition of state law, Abdul Salam al-Maliki, the current
Iraqi parliament that paralyzed not rise to the level of other world
parliaments in the world with a parliamentary system of Deputies.
The
MP said al-Maliki, in a statement received by the Agency (news) copy of
it: that during the current session of parliament, turning the House of
Representatives Square legislative to the political arena where missed
the oversight role of the legislature parliament to be replaced by
compliments and history of political undertaken at the expense of the
citizen, noting: that the council condoned official corruption because
of the parliamentary bloc that Anton under the shadow.
He added:
that the current parliament was unable during its current legislation,

and according to prior agreements between the heads of blocs, further
saying: The limited role of parliament in most of the sessions on the

and resident the performance of the government through its oversight
role and through the opposition, noting: that this is absent from
Parliament because of the preoccupation with the political clout and
partisan interests and agent charges for others to oust them, rather
than a full-time legislation.
