British newspaper: Iraqi government will regain Fallujah, but at what cost?

Shafaq News / The Guardian newspaper published an article titled Rang Aladdin "Iraq can restore Fallujah, but he needs to win hearts and minds in order to defeat the organization of the Islamic state."
Aladdin says that the Iraqi government is fully busy restoring battles of Fallujah's second-largest city under the control of the organization of the Islamic state and the city, which formed the cradle of fighters and opponents in the country for more than a decade.
He adds that the battle comes at a highly sensitive time when the organization has just lost a battle gray and lost control of the city, which is located in the same province, a Anbar.
Aladdin is that the organization has a number of strategic sites recently and it has not launched a successful attack since the middle of last year.
He also expressed his belief that the attack will end mostly boosted the Iraqi government to regain control of the city but wonder at what price it will happen?
The comment, saying that Fallujah has always been a bastion of resistance against the occupation, a resistance which included large segments of the Iraqi people, especially the Sunni Arabs, which made the US military with all its equipment and capabilities and intelligence attributed strongly to suffer to be able to control the city.
He adds that the US military has been unable in the end only to contain the resistance in the city, rather than eliminate it during the US occupation of Iraq period.
Aladdin and indicates that Fallujah was the cradle of the organization of the Islamic state, where dominated by jihadists since the beginning of 2014 after months of violent clashes and protests.
Aladdin and makes it clear that the Iraqi government must regain the trust of citizens in the year, in particular to be able to defeat al Islamic state final but believes that the Iraqi Goh fragile and ineffective, corrupt and sectarian and not worthy to do so.
