[ltr]Ban also showed an imbalance second plane hit the engine, forcing it to land at Kuwait airport, the company said it is currently in preparation to send an Airbus 321 alternative to complete the journey.[/ltr]
[ltr]The Directorate of Operations Director of the Kuwait International Airport in the General Administration of Civil Aviation Engineer Saleh Fadaghi said the Iraqi plane carrying 216 passengers made an emergency landing except crew members landed safely on the land of Kuwait International Airport Sunday evening.[/ltr]
[ltr]Fadaghi said in a statement quoted by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that an Iraqi Airways plane was heading from the (Baghdad) to (Delhi) asked for an emergency landing at Kuwait airport after the discovery of a defect in one of its engines. He said the Kuwait airport operations immediately followed established procedures until the plane landed at the airport, noting that the process of landing safely has not hurt any of the passengers.
