    The Federal Supreme Court rejected onTuesday the lawsuit filed by one of the civil society organizations regarding the unconstitutionality of a number of independent Electoral Commission Act materials and rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers materials to the lack of a constitutional violation in the contents. 
    The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, spokesman for the federal judiciary in a statement received (long -Presse) a copy of it yesterday, " the Federal Supreme Court decided, during its day, dismiss the claim filed by one of the student government unconstitutional materials referred to civil society organizations." 
    said Bayraktar said , " the court found that the author of the contested texts he may be taken into account in their description as stipulated in the constitutional articles adopted by the prosecutor as a violation ofconstitutional articles while these materials that the constitutional legislator which has taken into account thespecificity of Iraqi society , being a multi - ethnic, ethnicities, religions and sects to ensure the rights of all Iraqi people. " 
    he said judiciary spokesman said " the court considers that the contested provisions unconstitutional were not in its building and Mahmlha violation of constitutional provisions , " pointing out that " the flaw lies in theapplication of the decision - makers and forces able leadership of these texts." 
    He continued Birqadr that "this imbalance resulted in the failure to achieve the goals of these texts in achieving justice balance and equality in shouldering responsibilities and achieve the legitimate rights of individuals and the components of the Iraqi people , "adding that" the court found that correct that imbalance is not the abolition of the impugned provisions unconstitutional, but by correcting the application path means drawn by the law. "
