    UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon that he telephoned Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and the Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received delegates from Iraq and Kuwait agreement the two countries maintain a border and implement the full obligations of Iraq under Chapter VII.
