{International: Euphrates News} holds the UN Security Council on Wednesday, an emergency meeting at the request of France to discuss the deteriorating situation in the east of Aleppo.
According to news sites today that "the meeting will start if allocated to tighten international sanctions on North Korea, which is supposed to be held from nine o'clock in the morning meeting of the Council is finished."
