    Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, confirmed on Wednesday that the deduction of the employees will be from the "total salary", and as pointed out that the lifting of that paragraph from the government the authority and not the Commission, revealed the allocation of three trillion dinars popular crowd budget next year 2017.
    A member of the Finance Committee Masood Haider, in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The deductions of employees will be of the total salary," noting that "the Commission can not cancel these deductions because that government has the power."
    He said Haider, the "popular crowd allocations within the next year's budget in 2007, amounting to three trillion dinars," noting that "the debates on the budget and the continuing positive and that could lead to approval early next week."
    Haider stressed the need "to increase non-oil imports through customs, including taxes and does not affect the citizen," stressing the importance of "the fight against corruption and law enforcement at border crossing points and to take strict measures in this context, as well as encouraging the private sector."
    The decision of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Ahmed al-Haj flesh, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), in (the 27 of November 2016), said that the paragraph concerning the deductions of employees and retirees project next 2017 budget law, still the subject of debate within the Commission, confirming the existence of views lifted if it does not affect the total amounts of other, after trading on the matter with the prime minister, Haidar al-Abadi.
    The House of Representatives has decided during the 33rd session of the first legislative term of the third legislative year, which was held in (the 28th of November 2016), to postpone the vote on the draft fiscal budget bill for next year to be held, on Thursday approved the meeting, (the first of December 2016).
    The prime minister, Haider Abadi, announced (18 October 2016), to send the draft budget to the 2017 Act to the House of Representatives after making amendments.
