    [rtl]Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the three sides to be learned from the deductions of state employees and pensions, saying he will not directly affect them.[/rtl]



    [rtl]The committee member said Masood Haider in an interview for "Economy News", that the draft general budget for fiscal year 2017 Act included the deduction of 4% of the salaries of employees and retirees and be directed to the three sides, namely, (the popular crowd and the Peshmerga forces and displaced persons).[/rtl]



    [rtl]Between Haider and the deduction will not directly affect the employees' salaries, and the deduction was due to shortage of the budget as the total deficit in the next budget accounted for 25 trillion dinars.[/rtl]



    [rtl]The Council of Representatives, its regular, on Monday morning, led by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 178 deputies, while the meeting witnessed the discussion of the draft federal budget bill, and the vote on the Atomic Energy Authority Act.[/rtl]
