Baghdad / Iraq News Network The House voted to reduce the percentage deduction of salaries from 4.8% to 3.8% .ozkr a parliamentary source said, "The House of Representatives voted on article 33 relating to deduct 3.8% of the salaries of state employees in general to cover the expenses of the popular crowd and displaced persons and to require the KRG to deduct the same percentage of the county 's staff. "
