    Stressed the Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, Iraq agree to cut oil production came after "intensive study , " adding that without Iraq 's agreement to cut output of the findings of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) agreement, as pointed out that the provision of electricity 24 hours requires the application of the collection of an elaborate system. 
    Ebadi said during a press conference in Baghdad, he was "not for Iraq 's agreement to cut oil production when OPEC reached an agreement to cut production , " noting that "Iraq 's agreement to cut production came after intensive study." 
    Abadi pointed out that " the provision of electricity for 24 hours requires the application of the collection of an elaborate system."
