    Baghdad (news) .. Search head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim, in his office in Baghdad on Sunday, with the Canadian ambassador in Iraq Marc Gusdekke, developments in the relationship between the two countries at the political level, commercial and cultural.

    The al-Hakim, according to a statement by his press office received the Agency (news) copy of it: that the new Iraq is a country open to everyone and seeks to develop its relations with all countries of the world.

    The statement added: The Canadian Ambassador praised the efforts of Mr. Ammar al-Hakim to end the political crisis in Iraq and the crisis being experienced by the region, stressing that match his vision with the vision of Mr. Hakim that dialogue is the best way to solve problems, congratulating His Eminence the exit of Iraq from Chapter VII and the international trusteeship. / Finished / o. p /

    Najafi President Meets Canadian Ambassador to mark the end of his mission in Iraq

    The President of the House of Representatives Osama Abdulaziz Al-Najafi official in his office in Baghdad, on Sunday, the Canadian ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Mark Kozdekke, marking the end of his duties. The two sides reviewed during the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of strengthening them, as Mr. Kozdekke that "Iraq is the largest trading partner for Canada among the countries of the Middle East, especially in the fields of oil, economic, indicating that the two countries need to develop relations further in the cultural, economic, political and scientific" .

    For his part, President Najafi said, "We look to the Canadian people appreciated, respect عاليين and we hope that the communication between our two peoples, based on the new relationships, stressing that Canada is an important country in the world and there are many areas will be achieved in the development of relations between the two countries."

    At the conclusion of the meeting, the Canadian ambassador expressed his gratitude to the President of the House of Representatives for its support and efforts in the development of relations between Iraq and Canada through parliamentary fields.
